Named to honor Michael Pozzan’s venerable grandmother, Annabella wines are hand sourced from select vineyards throughout the Sonoma and Napa valleys. Whether cabernet sauvignon, merlot or chardonnay, these wines are a toast to a spirited woman of remarkable grace. We remember her love of cooking for family and friends and we celebrate it to this day. Annabella wines represent a wonderful combination of quality and value.
This rosé was made in the Vin Gris style - ripe Mourvèdre and Grenache grapes were picked and pressed whole cluster. The very short amount of time the juice is exposed to the red grape skins in the press imparts only the most delicate of color and aromas to the resulting juice.
Striking a balance between fruit and oak, this Chardonnay is liked by all as it offers richness and clean acidity. It is strong enough to pair with food and easy enough to drink by itself.
A Pinot Noir that is true to its character. Fruit forward and delicate as it is not manipulated by other varietals. The Russian River Valley is known to produce some of the best Pinot Noir grapes in the country.
Merlot is one the great noble French varietals and is often made like Cabernet Sauvingon here in Napa. This Merlot has firm tannins that is reminiscent of the Napa style, but still soft enough to allow the fruit to show its character.
The best thing about red wine blends is that you have the ability to make the best wine possible without the restriction of other varietals. This Cabernet based blend is from both Napa and California vineyards that provides big fruit and is easy to drink.
This wine is what we are most known for. It has the depth and complexity you'd come to expect from any Napa Cab but at a fraction of the cost. This wine is a perfect everyday drinking Cab that you can enjoy regularly.
